"Hidden Textures"
Whereas in the past I have focused on capturing the majesty of panoramic landscapes, I have recently
discovered a hidden world of abstractions found in the details of nature. I have become fascinated by the endless
collages of forms and colors-- the many striking yet subtle hues, rhythms, and swirling patterns of rocks, stones, barks
of trees, and the whimsical patterns of crumbling facades abandoned walls, and peeling plasters . These photographs
reflect my obsession and compulsion to record this world of hidden textures.
